Microsoft launched its new service Windows 365. This solution is intended for corporate clients, it provides access to the capabilities of cloud systems Windows 10 and 11. Using the service, enterprises will be able to work in hybrid and remote mode with fast connection to personal computers, while the service can function on different devices.
In June, the corporation released information on the cost of one of the cloud PC options. For $ 31, users will be able to use the capabilities of the Cloud PC with a pair of CPU cores, four gigabytes of "RAM" and 128 GB of storage. Now Microsoft has introduced several more offerings, divided into Business (up to 300 workplaces) and Enterprise (larger customers) versions. The starting monthly price is $ 20 for a single processor core, 2 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage.
Prices per user in both categories are the same. But in Business they are split into two sentences. The same cost applies exclusively to the Windows Hybrid Benefit features. Basically, it all comes down to having a 10 Pro OS license on a PC. Only in this way the minimum price tag of the package will be $ 20, otherwise you will have to pay $ 24.
According to the company, the Enterprise package is an option to expand the current Microsoft 365 licenses. If available, users can connect to Windows 10 Enterprise and Endpoint Manager without additional licenses.
The most productive cloud version will cost $ 158 per month. It offers eight CPU cores, 64 and 512 GB of RAM and internal storage, respectively. This solution will be cheaper than purchasing a real computer with the same hardware, plus the cloud service does not require maintenance costs. When working remotely, the user only needs to log into an account, and there is no need to purchase third-party powerful devices.
Select Cloud PC plans with subscriptions from $ 31 to $ 66 per month include a free trial for 60 days. All data on the cost of packages and working conditions is available on the Windows365.com portal.
