Some time after the announcement of the new functionality of Windows 11, one of the functions was added to the beta build of the operating system. Insiders posted a screenshot showing updated security settings to protect user data without using other software.
The new build of Windows 11 for participating beta testers has received new items in the list of security and privacy settings. Enabling them will allow the system to send notifications of potential fraud when entering Microsoft account data on phishing resources and in windows of programs with a suspicious reputation. In addition, the user will be able to receive notifications about the need to change passwords.
Also in Windows 11, encryption of personal data should appear, which will provide Windows Hello for Business with protection against information loss in lost or stolen devices. In future versions of the OS, the code integrity monitoring function will also be activated, which ensures the download of strictly signed and verified software.
When all of the above features will appear in the public version of the OS, it is still unknown.
