As of October 27, “@casino” has become the most expensive nickname, it is estimated at 52,500 TON, which is equivalent to about $100,000. On October 28, 12 o'clock Moscow time the @bank nickname, estimated at 73,500 TON, already took the first position. The description of the Fragment service states that the company does not currently operate in the United States and does not provide services to residents of this country. From a legal standpoint, Fragment Corp. not affiliated with Telegram Messenger Inc. at all. and is not a subsidiary of it.
In addition, the service rules state that the platform does not guarantee the absence of restrictions for accounts up to their removal by Telegram. Therefore, we can conclude that Telegram can remove already acquired nicknames.
