Black Mesa received the maximum recognition of the players
The remake of the cult shooter Half-Life has achieved genuine recognition, as evidenced by reviews on Steam.

Last week was a milestone for the Crowbar Collective team, as their creation Black Mesa reached the mark of 90,000 extremely positive reviews on Steam. By the way, the original number of positive reviews is at around 72 thousand. The developers of the remake thanked the gamers and, on a significant occasion, decided to raffle off some exclusive t-shirts. You can participate in the merch draw until June 9th.

The announcement of Black Mesa took place back in 2004. In 2012, the project was released as a free mod. In 2015, with the approval of Valve, the shooter appeared in early access on Steam, and in 2020 the game was released in its final form.

The original Half-Life was released in 1998 and immediately gained tremendous success with the players and the specialized press, and later gained cult status.
