In Counter-Strike 2, the graphics will affect the gameplay

Players continue to explore the possibilities of CS2 and compare them with CS:GO. So, users have discovered a curious point regarding the shadows.

Thanks to the improved detail of the Source 2 engine, the quality of shadows cast by fighters has improved: now the shadow will be cast from more glowing objects, and the player will be easier to calculate and eliminate from around the corner.



Players have also discovered that a number of items on the map can be moved to create obstacles. For example, this can be done with a drink machine. Whether this feature will remain in the release version is still unknown.



Counter-Strike 2 is a big update for CS:GO. Closed beta testing of the project began at the end of March. The release is scheduled for this summer.
