The IGN Beyond podcast recently became available and featured Marvel's Spider-Man 2 creative director Brian Intihar as a guest. So, he was asked about the presence of Daredevil in the game universe, to which he replied that this was a good find and advised him to wait and stay in touch. Intihar did not provide any details.
There is speculation that there will be a place for Daredevil in the additional content for Marvel's Spider-Man 2, but there is no confirmation of this. It is worth noting that Insomniac Games is developing a game about another iconic Marvel character, Wolverine.
