The filming process for Mortal Kombat 2 has ended, as revealed by Lewis Tan, the lead actor of Cole Young. Filming started back in June, but production of the action film had to be suspended due to Hollywood strikes of actors and screenwriters. The photo shows Tan with Martin Ford, who plays Shao Kahn.
The film's producer Todd Garner noted that there is a lot of work to be done in post-production, so even the trailer will not be released soon. The director's chair for the sequel is occupied by the director of the first part, Simon McQuoid. Moon Knight showrunner Jeremy Slater is in charge of the script.
