The Rolling Stones portal, citing its sources, reports that the film adaptation of Horizon Zero Dawn from Netflix is cancelled. The reason is showrunner Steve Blackman's toxicity on set, which twelve of his colleagues complained about. Netflix will also not be pursuing Blackman's original series Orbital.
Netflix has not yet officially commented on the information that has appeared. But it's safe to say that Sony will find another platform and another showrunner to adapt one of its most successful game franchises.
