Merge Estate! Mystery Town - great kazualka with elements of the urban strategy. In the story the main character becomes heir to the vast wealth of his deceased uncle. But to seize the inheritance not so easy to get, because uncle bequeathed to spend part of the state for the improvement of his native city. Upon arrival, the character will get acquainted with the inhabitants of the town and will help them to transform the urban environment. The player helps the protagonist, solving puzzles and earning useful valuable bonuses.
