The leading positions of the top applications remained with video services. So, most of the money was spent on YouTube video hosting. The total number of downloads of applications from the beginning of the year to the end of November increased by 8%, stopping at the level of 140 billion. The amount spent on programs also increased - the total amount is estimated at 135 billion dollars, which is a quarter more than in 2020.

The most popular application in Russia is the AliExpress client. Not far from it are a utility for determining the geographical location of Zenly friends and a video editing program CapCut. Analysts also indicated the total annual income of game authors - ninety billion dollars. Count Master, Project Makeover and Bridge Race held the leading positions in the number of game projects around the world, and in the Russian Federation - for the second part of DOP, Going Balls and Phone Case DIY.










Most downloads were made by owners of mobile devices from India (20%), the United States is in second place (9%), and Brazil is in third (8%). IOS users spent more on apps than Android device owners - the ratio is 65% to 35%. The leader in terms of download volumes is occupied by the CapCut editor, the Indian service MX TakaTak is on the 2nd line, and the online-commerce software Meesho is on the 3rd line.



YouTube, TikTok, streaming clients Disney + and HBO Max, as well as Piccoma lined up in the top five in terms of costs. The largest combined audience was collected by Telegram, Instagram, Zoom, TikTok and the Microsoft office suite.
