The main visual change in desktop versions was the new download manager interface - the download progress indicator can be seen in the address bar. In addition, the design of uploading images and videos on the Android version has been updated. Not without losses: starting with the current version, Google will stop releasing browser updates for devices running Android 6.0.

Another significant change was the import of passwords from CSV files. This feature can be accessed through the password manager menu. Other improvements are not visible to the naked eye, as they act to speed up the application and increase its security.

The next fresh version of the application is expected in a month - November 29th. Not so long ago, it was reported that Chrome version 110, which will be available from February 7, 2023, will be the last update for Windows 7 and 8.1 systems.
