The shareware RPG has always been famous for its pushy PR campaign. Many YouTube bloggers advertised this title in their videos, but even this was not enough for the developers. Now the creators want to launch an animated series based on their creation.
Pixel United, together with Plarium, presented a project called Raid: Call of the Arbiter. It will be an animated series based on the mobile title. It will be produced by Eric Rollman, formerly of Marvel Television. The showrunner will be Jay Oliva, known for developing cartoons based on DC and Marvel comics, and now holding the post of head of animation studio Lex + Otis. Jesper Kud, who worked on the Hitman and Assassin's Creed game series, will be responsible for the soundtrack.
The release of the animated series will take place on May 18. Episodes will go straight to YouTube weekly. A total of 10 episodes are planned for the first season, each of which will be ~5 minutes long.
