The release of the PC version of the first part of the post-apocalyptic action came out not entirely terrible: the players were disappointed with a number of problems. But they managed to solve in a short time.
The main stumbling block was the optimization of the game, but this matter is solved quite simply: you need to download the previous version of Oodle - one of the libraries that is responsible for decompressing files. Initially, The Last of Us Part I uses the buggy version 9.2.6, while the previous version 9.2.5 is required for normal play. Using the latter, you can significantly improve performance.
Having done some simple manipulations, the player will be able to fully appreciate the visuals of the PC version, which will surpass the original edition for the PlayStation 5. This can be seen in the example of a video comparing the two versions. The only thing the PC is inferior to the PS5 is the download speed: on the console, they are much faster.
