Street Fighter 6 is officially presented
Studio Capcom has introduced a new part of the famous series of fighting games. The presentation shows a demo, fresh gameplay and new characters.
The featured gameplay video shows the Nayshall location, located somewhere in a remote corner of Asia.
As for new fighters, such heroes as Rashid, A.K.I., Ed and Akuma will be gradually added to the game. Characters will be introduced after the release of the fighting game between the summer of 2023 and the spring of 2024. At launch, Street Fighter 6 will have 18 fighters available.
The demo of the game is already out for PS4 and PS5 consoles. PC and Xbox Series owners will be able to check out the demo on April 26
The creators introduced a number of RPG elements into the gameplay of the title, for example, using items and consuming food during fights to replenish strength, receive power-ups and counteract buffs of opponents. In addition, gamers will have the opportunity to upgrade their character and earn skill points, which can later be spent on improving the hero and selecting techniques in the skill tree.
The release of the full version of the fighting game is scheduled for June 2.
