The prequel to the events of the second part will be released in honor of Free Comic Book Day, which takes place on May 6th. This was reported on the PlayStation Blog.
From the comics it will be possible to learn about some of the events that took place between parts 1 and 2 of the superhero action. In particular, players will receive information about what Peter Parker did, how Miles Morales is studying, and whether Mary Jane, who has become a journalist, is doing well. The trinity will once again come together against the threat looming over the city in the person of the mysterious supervillain the Hood. As introductory materials, the creators posted the cover of the comic and one scene.
In addition, there was information that the remaster of the 1st part, previously available as part of the Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales UE edition, will soon be available separately for $50. Those who already own the PS4 version will be able to upgrade to the PS5 remastered version for just $10.
