Microsoft won't release an Xbox Series version of Minecraft after all

Earlier there were rumors that this project is in the plans of the company.

In comments regarding the information that has appeared, Microsoft has stated that it will not release a special version of Minecraft on the Xbox Series. Rumors of this spread after two regulators gave the game an age rating.



Updating Minecraft's age ratings is actually a normal procedure for Microsoft, with reviews of age ratings in various regions from time to time. Therefore, it is not necessary to expect the release of new versions of the constructor in the foreseeable future.

You can currently play Minecraft on Xbox Series in backwards compatibility mode with Xbox One.
