The film based on Five Nights at Freddy's became a worldwide box office hit

According to the website Box Office Mojo, the horror film was able to collect $130 million over the weekend, with the United States accounting for $78 million. The film's budget was $20 million, so we can say that the film paid off and began to make a profit. However, producer Jason Blum previously stated that the horror film had already paid off before the premiere thanks to the sale of screening rights to cinemas and streaming to Peacock. At the latter, the film was released simultaneously with theatrical release.



The audience received the project well. On the Metacritic portal, the audience score is 8.1/10. Critics trashed the horror film, giving it only 33/100.
