Screenshots of GTA: Vice City Nextgen Edition, developed on the GTA 4 engine, have been released
They show vehicle models, redesigned lettering, and the Death Row mission.
The authors of Nextgen Edition have posted fresh screenshots. The creators are gradually transferring the game to the RAGE engine, borrowed from the fourth part of the series. In the future they will make a number of edits and changes.
In particular, the project will have redrawn textures with signs on buildings, which will make Vice City look better. Examples of screenshots are below.
Vehicle conversion progress is at 96%, with many models already added.
The developers also posted screenshots from the Death Row mission.
