Startup Minimal announced the launch of a crowdfunding campaign for the release of the Minimal Phone smartphone. The device has an E-Ink display and a QWERTY keyboard. The creators shared the characteristics of the gadget, the cost and timing of the start of sales.
The Minimal Phone will have a 3.5" diagonal E-Ink screen with a pixel density of 300 ppi. The hardware basis of the device is the MediaTek MTK 6769 chipset with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of permanent memory. The gadget will also be equipped with a 16 MP main camera and an 8 MP front camera .
Among the interfaces of the device, it is worth highlighting Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC modules, a USB Type-C connector, and a 3.5 mm headphone port. A 4000 mAh battery with support for 20 W fast charging will be responsible for the autonomy of the smartphone. Wireless accessories will also be supported.
