The device will be a remake of a device that came out a quarter of a century ago. Previously, the company announced that it would soon stop producing Nokia phones and smartphones and will produce devices under its own brand.
On March 18, a picture appeared on HMD’s account on the social network X (ex-Twitter) with the inscription “It’s my birthday” and an image of a phone with a red balloon. In the comments under the post, a user with a nickname made the assumption that the company mentioned the Nokia 3210 model, released on March 18, 1999, that is, 25 years ago.
It is possible that HMD will release a remake of the phone with 4G support. There is no official information on this matter yet.
