A remake of the cult fan game has been in development for four years.
The Revolution Team has posted an infographic that assesses the readiness of the project. Overall, the game is 90% complete. Not long ago, the team moved all cutscenes and integrated radio stations. Now all you need to do is update the interface and finally adapt the story missions.
GTA: Vice City Nextgen Edition, powered by the RAGE engine from the fourth part of the series, will provide players with updates on vehicles, weapons, and side missions. The project should be fully released this year, but there is no exact release date yet.
