The next part of the Crazy Taxi series will be a multiplayer game in the open world

This became known from an interview with developers from Sega.

According to series producer Kenji Kanno, the game is being developed as a completely new title. It will feature multiplayer for several users, but maintaining the style of the previous part. In addition, players will find a realistic environment, when developing which the authors were inspired by the views of the west coast of the United States. Also, several modes may appear in the simulator, as evidenced by the teaser, where the player controls a police car.



The release date of the next Crazy Taxi, as well as the platform where the game will be released, are still unknown.
