The gameplay of The Witcher 3 on the handheld Steam Deck was demonstrated by developer CD Projekt RED. In the three videos shown on the official account of the game, you can see how Geralt arrives in Novigrad on a horse, fights with an elemental and examines the lair of the swamp witches.
As you can see from the video, the game works without obvious distortions and fps drops, but the image quality cannot be fully appreciated. It is clarified that the video shows the latest version of the third part of the adventures of Geralt of Rivia.
At the moment, CD Projekt RED is also hard at work on updates for The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S consoles. The release should take place before the end of the current year.
It is worth noting that recently, gameplay demonstrations of games such as Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Doom, Cyberpunk 2077 and DOTA 2 with different graphics configurations have already appeared on the network. In addition, on October 5, information appeared that the creators of such titles Rust, Dead by Daylight, Ark and War Thunder intend to include anti-cheats for the Steam Deck.
