In early February, the original unboxed iPhone 1st generation from 2007 appeared on the American online auction site. Model number A1203 MA712LL/A, 8 GB of internal memory and unopened packaging from the factory. The initial price of the lot was $2,500.
During the auction, 27 bids were made. Initially, the price grew in increments of $250, but in the last stages of trading it increased by $5,000. As a result, an unknown buyer was able to pick up the device for $63,356.

At the moment, there are no such lots on the site. The previous similar iPhone went under the hammer for $39,339. It is possible that the new owner will keep the rare device for subsequent resale to interested collectors.
