The first CAD renderings of the upcoming iPhone 15 have been posted online

CAD renderings are mainly intended for accessory manufacturers, to whom the company itself provides images of new devices. The presented pictures show that there is no classic cutout on the front panel. Its place was taken by the so-called Dynamic Island - a functional element that will become part of the user interface. It is expected that this innovation will affect all models of the new line. In addition, from the presented image it is clear that Apple will still abandon the Lightning connector and switch to USB Type-C. The appearance of the main camera module will remain unchanged, the sensors will remain in their original place. Standard iPhones will still have two sensors, while Pro versions will have three.

As for the display, we see an increase in the diagonal to 6.2". The technical characteristics of the screen have not yet been announced, they will probably remain the same. The iPhone 15 case will receive only physical keys, while the Pro versions may add touch ones.

It is worth noting that the renders presented may not be final: Apple may well change something before the official launch of smartphones.
