The studio covered the details in two trailers.
The first trailer is dedicated to the Umgadis, warrior women who worshiped Tanya, who led a clan of bodyguards. The Umgadis also worshiped Li Mei, the daughter of the murdered prince. In the video, upon closer inspection, you can see Baraka.
The second video is dedicated to superheroes and supervillains that will be available in the game in the near future. Among them are Omni-Man, who was the main villain of the first season of the animated series Unbreakable, as well as Homelander from the TV series The Boys and the anti-hero Peacemaker from the DC Universe series of the same name.
Mortal Kombat 1 is set to release on September 19th. The game will be released on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox X/S and Nintendo Switch.
