The film adaptation of Five Nights at Freddy's became the highest-grossing horror film of 2023

The horror film based on the famous game about animatronics has collected more than $270 million worldwide.

Previously, the highest-grossing horror film was the sequel to The Nun, with $268 million. In the general list, Five Nights at Freddy's is in the middle of the second ten.



Considering the not-so-big budget of $20 million and the simultaneous release of the film in theaters and on Peacock streaming, the result can be called super-successful. Therefore, we should expect a wave of sequels to this story.
