The announcement of a film or television series based on the popular game took place last October.
At an event with the participation of investors, CD Projekt RED commercial director Michal Nowakowski said that the live-action adaptation of the game will not be released until 2025.
The project will begin to be developed only in 2024. It is not yet known in what format it will be released - full-length or serial. CDPR will be directly responsible for production, together with the studio Anonymous Content, which produced the film “The Revenant” with Oscar-winner Leonardo DiCaprio and the TV series “True Detective” and “Mr. Robot”.
