The long-awaited action-horror title has become one of the most prominent titles released towards the end of 2023. The game received positive reviews from players and critics, and was also able to win several awards at the TGA 2023 event.
Now an update has been released for the game, which added another difficulty level and the “New Game+” mode, otherwise called The Final Draft. When completing the latter, the player can reach a different ending. It also contains many new notes and several previously unseen cut scenes.
Alan Wake II was released on October 27 on the PC, PS5 and Xbox Series platforms. In the future, developers from the Remedy Entertainment studio will release two DLCs for the game with the subtitles Night Springs and Lake House.
