The latest Christmas on 18 Wheels update, dedicated to Christmas, introduces the Freedom-to-Roam mode, in which the player will be able to take on random tasks for transporting goods. They can be picked up in every city at a gas station or in recreational areas. In addition, the update will allow the player to take on the role of Santa Claus, delivering gifts.
Thanks to the update, the game now has the option to restart chapters. Snowy weather (including snowfall and blizzards) and improved lighting in a number of locations were introduced.
