Rockstar Games are no longer available on Windows 7 and 8
To access projects, the company recommends using newer PC operating systems.
On January 30, Rockstar stopped supporting Windows 7 and 8 for its own titles and the Rockstar Games Launcher. This step became known in October last year.
Now, to play licensed versions of Grand Theft Auto 5, GTA Online, RDR 2, a trilogy of remasters of classic GTA, Max Payne 3 and other projects, it is recommended to install Windows 10 or 11.
Previously, Steam stopped supporting Windows 7, 8 and 8.1, this happened on January 1st. Players with these OS versions cannot run games on the Valve site.
