Sony intends to re-release the first part of Uncharted for PlayStation 5

After the release of The Last of Us remakes, the company wants to release a remake of the game of another of its popular franchises.



Insider Nick Baker spoke about Sony's intentions on the XboxEra podcast. According to the source, this idea is being actively discussed. The problem may be finding a suitable developer: the Naughty Dog studio is not in the mood for this now, and Blue Points Games is not very suitable for developing the project.



The first part of Uncharted, subtitled Drake's Fortune, was released in 2007 on the PlayStation 3. Since then, three more full-fledged parts of the franchise have been released.
