Marvel Games and Skydance New Media studios have released a trailer for the superhero action film Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra. The project is being led by screenwriter and development director for Uncharted 1-3, Amy Henning.
The video showed some plot details, main characters, release dates and the official title of the title. The game will take place in the setting of World War II in Paris. The player will control Steve Rogers (Captain America), Black Panther, Wakanda spy ring leader Nanaly, and Gabriel Jones, a US Army soldier and member of the Howling Commandos. They will all fight back against the Hydra group, and the characters will have to unite in search of the Eye of Power artifact. The player will have to control the characters one by one.
A tech demo was also shown demonstrating the technical capabilities of the game.
Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra will be released next year, but it is unknown on which platforms the game will be released.
