An AI coach will help you hone your football skills

The Voon Soccer gadget with artificial intelligence was developed by the Spaniards Joseba Zubeldia and Asier Etxebarria. It has a shock-resistant case with moisture protection, a weight of 11 kg and an autonomy of 5-30 hours. Fully charging the battery takes two hours. The device can be installed on any flat surface (preferably on grass) at an angle of 60 or 90 degrees using a special stand.

The main feature of the AI trainer is the presence of an electronic module for connecting with a mobile application for Android and iOS via Bluetooth, as well as built-in sensors that record the ball being hit. On the body there is a ring with LEDs and a sound sensor that signals the quality of hits.

Voon Soccer records the force and speed of the shot, the number of projectile hits and the time interval between these hits. The mobile application makes it possible to monitor the progress of a football player. It also tells you which skills need more training.

Voon Soccer is currently available on the Kickstarter crowdfunding platform for $249. The AI trainer will retail for $479.
