An image of one of the heroines of the sequel to the film adaptation of Mortal Kombat has been shown
We are talking about Kitana.
A piece of Kitana's image was posted by MK creator Ed Boon himself - he invited fans of the fighting game to evaluate the fighter's appearance. The image shows part of the heroine's costume and her classic weapon - a fan with blades. The role of Kitana is supposedly to be played by actress Adeline Rudolph, known for the series "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina", "Riverdale" and "Resident Evil" from Netflix.
The release of the film Mortal Kombat 2 is scheduled for October 24, 2025.
