The vocalist of the famous British synth-pop band Heaven 17, Martin Ware, recently said that the band received an offer from Rockstar Games to buy out the rights to the Temptation song for GTA 6. The studio wanted to buy the song for a one-time payment of $7,500 without any deductions or bonuses from the profits that the game would bring.

The band considered the proposed amount insulting, so they refused the offer. Ware believes that for a studio with $8.6 billion in revenue from GTA 5, it is unacceptable to offer such amounts.

The composition Heaven 17 was released in 1983. At that time, the song took 34th place in the chart of the best-selling singles in the UK.
