The first feature of the new line of devices has also been revealed.
The presentation of the Xiaomi 15 line will take place on October 23, that is, in less than a month. It is assumed that the standard Xiaomi 15, as well as a more advanced version of the Xiaomi 15 Pro, will be shown at the event.
Judging by the teaser, the devices will receive the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Apparently, this is what the flagship solution from Qualcomm will be called, and not Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. It is assumed that the chipset will be made using 3 nm technology. According to previously leaked information, the chipset scores 10,000 points in multi-threaded mode in the Geekbench benchmark, which surpasses the A18 Pro installed in the iPhone 16 Pro.
There is also information that Xiaomi 15 Pro will receive a 6000 mAh battery with support for 90 W fast charging, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner under the display, dust and moisture protection according to the IP69 standard (the smartphone can withstand exposure to a jet of hot water under pressure).
