GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition has had its mention of Grove Street Games removed from the collection
The collection of remasters of the classics was subjected to harsh criticism.
Recently, GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition received an update that brought back the classic lighting. Attentive users also noticed that the mention of the Grove Street Games studio was removed from the start screens.
The company is still mentioned in the final credits of the games, but the authors hastened to respond to this move by Rockstar, unsubscribing from all social networks of rock stars. Also, the head of Grove Street criticized this whole thing, saying that all the latest improvements were allegedly made by his team.
A fresh patch for the collection became available on November 12 for stationary platforms. Previously, the update was released only for versions for mobile devices.
