The South Korean publication The Elec shared information about a new Samsung smartphone with an unusual "triple" design. According to preliminary information, the device will receive a unique design that will differ from the solution of its competitor Huawei Mate X.
According to an insider report, mass production of components will start in the 2nd quarter of this year, and the official release of the device is planned before the end of the year. However, due to the desire to speed up the launch, the device will be released in a limited edition - only 200,000 copies.
The main feature of the gadget will be a folding display with a diagonal of about 10 inches, which will fold inward. This solution provides additional protection for the screen from damage and scratches when carrying, although it limits access to the display when folded.
For now, details about the technical parameters of the device remain a secret. Samsung has not yet made official statements about the new product, which fuels interest in the future device.
