Opera Unveils Air Browser to Combat Digital Overload
Opera has released an interesting browser, Opera Air, designed to reduce digital stress. Instead of constant notifications and clickbait, it offers meditation, relaxing sound effects, and even neck exercises.

Key features include audio boosts with background noise and binaural frequencies to focus attention or relax the user, mini-practices with breathing exercises, and a posture tracking system via camera. Data is processed locally and is not sent to the Internet.

In addition to anti-stress features, the browser still has an ad filter, integrated VPN, and access to ChatGPT. So far, Opera Air has only been released on desktop Windows and with an English interface, but the developers promise to expand the list of supported languages.
