While the main Netflix series The Witcher is temporarily suspended, the streaming service continues to develop the franchise. The animated film The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep, based on the story A Little Sacrifice by Andrzej Sapkowski, was released.
The film's running time was just over an hour and a half, and the main difference from previous projects was the participation of Doug Cockle, who voiced Geralt in the CD Projekt RED game series. At the same time, the other actors of the series remained in their places: Anya Chalotra once again gave the voice of Yennefer, and Joey Batey - Dandelion.
The film offers a new animated interpretation of the story of the witcher and his encounter with mysterious sea creatures. However, Netflix is officially unavailable in Russia, so fans will have to look for alternative ways to watch.
