Borderlands 4 Gets Release Date — Coming This Fall
Gearbox Software and 2K Games did not delay in announcing the release date of the game. Studio President Randy Pitchford said that the long-awaited title will go on sale on September 23, 2025.
At the State of Play event, the creators presented a fresh trailer and promised to reveal the game in more detail at the next Sony event. Borderlands 4 was officially announced back in August last year, and the debut gameplay was demonstrated in December at The Game Awards.
The game is being developed for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series, offering a continuation of the cult series with its signature humor, dynamic shootouts and crazy guns.
