Assassin’s Creed Shadows and Ghost of Tsushima compared in detail – who has the advantage?
After the release of Assassin’s Creed Shadows, detailed comparisons with Ghost of Tsushima began to appear online. Attentive gamers and analysts studied the key differences between the two games, examining graphics, physics, and combat mechanics.

According to the analysis by blogger ElAnalistaDeBits, the new Ubisoft project turned out to be technologically more advanced. Shadows has noticeably improved character models, more realistic textures, destructible environments, and a modern physical water model. For example, players can cut down small trees, which is not the case in Ghost of Tsushima. However, in terms of combat animations, the Sucker Punch project still looks smoother and more natural.

Assassin’s Creed’s advantage in the technical aspect is explained by the difference in console generations. The new product was created for PS5 and Xbox Series, while Ghost of Tsushima was developed for PS4. At the same time, many gamers admitted that Ubisoft surprised with the quality of execution, despite the skepticism before the release.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows became available on March 20 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series and sold 1 million copies in the first 24 hours.
