It's been two years since the release of Hogwarts Legacy, and the game that became one of the biggest hits of Warner Bros. Games continues to expand its presence on various platforms. One of the most talked about releases was the port for the Nintendo Switch, which caused surprise that the hybrid console could handle such an ambitious game at all. Now, on the eve of the release of the project for the next generation - Nintendo Switch 2 - the developers showed a short but clear comparison of the two versions.

A short trailer without commentary demonstrated the key differences, emphasizing the technical leap. The picture on the new console has become much clearer thanks to improved textures, a more stable frame rate and an increased draw distance. The absence of a loading screen is especially noticeable - on the original Switch, the developers from Shiver Entertainment literally had to scatter them around the locations to ease the load. The new adaptation from Krome Studios did without these compromises.

The Switch 2 version of Hogwarts Legacy will be released on June 5, simultaneously with the launch of the console itself. Recall that Warner Bros. previously canceled both the development of the story add-on and the release of the full edition of the game.
