Xiaomi and Qualcomm have announced the extension of their long-term partnership, under which the Chinese manufacturer will continue to use flagship Snapdragon chips in its devices. At the same time, the senior models of the series - Xiaomi 16S Pro and 16 Ultra - will receive Xiaomi's proprietary XRING O1 processor. The company's CEO Lei Jun emphasized the strategic importance of cooperation with Qualcomm, noting the common goals of creating innovative premium products.
