Creative Fan Recreates GTA VI Footage in GTA V Engine

After the release of the second trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI, a talented player took on an interesting experiment by recreating official screenshots of the long-awaited game in the GTA V engine with elements of Red Dead Redemption 2. The comparison clearly demonstrates the technological progress over the almost 13 years that separate these projects.









Another enthusiast had previously tried to recreate the commercial for the upcoming Rockstar Games blockbuster in GTA V. The release of the crime thriller has been postponed to May 26, 2026, and the title will be exclusive to the current generation PS5 and Xbox Series consoles.
