Rockstar has effectively confirmed the Russian localization of Grand Theft Auto VI via job postings

Rockstar Games has begun searching for specialists in testing localizations for GTA VI, with Russian listed among the required languages. These vacancies confirm that the long-awaited game will receive an official translation, contrary to the tendency of some Western publishers to abandon Russian-language versions of their projects.



The new employees will be responsible for checking the quality of the translation and consulting with the team involved in AI localization. The first signs of work on the Russian version appeared after the release of the second trailer - information in Russian with details about the characters and plot was posted on the game's official website.

The release of Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled for 2026 for next-generation consoles.
