Claptrap Returns in New Borderlands 4 Trailer

Gearbox has released a new trailer for the looter shooter Borderlands 4, focusing on the return of one of the franchise's most beloved and recognizable characters, Claptrap. In the new video, viewers were shown how he will once again join players as a loyal, albeit sometimes annoying, companion in search of the Vault. The hero, as before, will accompany the journey with his signature lines, which can be both useful and completely inappropriate.



The developers noted that in the new part, for the first time, it will be possible to adjust the volume of Claptrap's voices, which will allow players to independently determine how actively they want to hear his comments during the game. Borderlands 4 is preparing for release on September 12 and will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X / S, as well as on the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 console.
