GTA 3 Definitive Edition briefly goes free on App Store due to bug

An unusual incident with the mobile version of GTA 3 Definitive Edition occurred in the App Store - on the morning of July 15, the game suddenly became available for free download. Users managed to notice that the full version of the remaster appeared in the store without any restrictions, and not a trial or demo. However, a few hours later, Rockstar Games corrected the situation by returning the standard price of $ 20.



It is still unknown whether the company will recall the free copies already received or leave them with users who managed to take advantage of the temporary distribution. Earlier, GTA 3 Definitive Edition became part of the PS Plus Extra and Premium subscription catalog, which made it available to owners of these tariffs on PlayStation.
