First Battlefield 6 Trailer Reveals Details of Upcoming Release

EA and Battlefield Studios have unveiled the debut trailer for Battlefield 6, marking the start of the marketing campaign for the long-awaited action game. A full-fledged demonstration of the gameplay is scheduled for July 31, where the creators will demonstrate the main features of the project. Four studios are working on the game: DICE is responsible for multiplayer modes, Criterion Games is developing a single player, EA Motive is creating game maps and additional content, and Ripple Effect Studios is working on the battle-royale mode.



The plot of Battlefield 6 will revolve around a global conflict between the NATO alliance, which is experiencing an internal crisis, and the private military corporation Pax Armata. Players are promised large-scale combat with the participation of all branches of the armed forces - from intense infantry clashes to air battles and tank battles, with an emphasis on the destructibility of the environment and tactical interaction in squads.

According to preliminary data, Battlefield 6 will be released on October 10, 2024 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S platforms. The title will be available in two editions: standard for $70 and expanded Phantom Edition for $100. The project page has already appeared on Steam, where the current list of supported languages is indicated.
